Exchanges/return policy

   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing. Exchange shipping for different colors or sizes is complimentary within the US. We do not provide complimentary returns or exchanges for those outside of the US.

 

 There is no charge for domestic exchanges or returns to store credit. We offer free shipping (both ways) so you can shop with confidence. You will be able to review items that are eligible for return and make size exchanges based on available inventory. Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return and process the exchange. 

Customers are only allowed to submit a single exchange per item on their order. You will not be able to submit a second exchange of an already exchanged item.

 

 

 

If you elect to make a return for refund, the cost of return shipping is calculated. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return and refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or issue the store credit to your email on file. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of us receiving your items.

Simply Contact us at Help@Wingmanoftheyear.com to begin an Exchange/Return. Provide us with your order # and the issue with your order and we can begin to process your exchange/return.

We will provide return labels using UPS or USPS for secure shipping and return package tracking. Simply print your shipping label and place your item(s) in the original packaging and ship your item(s) back to us.
